Responsible Gaming Toolkit

We believe that informed play is the only sustainable way to enjoy online gaming. That is why we have built a set of practical, player-controlled tools that let you keep your play within comfortable boundaries. The following overview shows what is available and how it works.

Reality Checks and Session Management

Reality checks are optional reminders that appear at regular intervals during your session. They show how long you have been playing, your current balance, and any wins or losses. You can set the interval – for example every 15, 30, or 60 minutes – in your account settings. The reminder pauses the game until you acknowledge it, giving you a moment to decide whether to continue or stop.

Deposit and Loss Limits

Deposit limits restrict how much you can add to your account over a chosen period. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit. The minimum possible limit is typically the smallest deposit amount accepted on the platform (€10), and the maximum can be set as high as your account's overall deposit ceiling. Loss limits – which cap how much you can lose in a given timeframe – work on the same principle and can be adjusted in the account dashboard. All limit changes take effect immediately; increases usually require a cooling-off period before they apply.

Time-Outs (Cooling-Off Periods)

A time-out is a short, temporary block on your account – useful when you feel the need to take a break without committing to full self-exclusion. We offer time-out periods ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During the time-out you cannot log in, deposit, or play. The account is automatically reactivated once the period expires.

Self-Exclusion

For longer breaks, self-exclusion is available. You can exclude yourself by sending an email to our support team. The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months, after which you may request reinstatement. During self-exclusion, all access is blocked and we will not send you any promotional communication. We also provide links to national support organisations for additional help.

Account History and Activity Tools

Every player has access to a detailed account history section in the dashboard. It shows your deposit and withdrawal records, bonus usage, game rounds played, and net results. You can filter by date range and export the data if you want to keep your own records. This transparency helps you track your spending and play patterns over time.

All of these tools are available from the moment you register. There are no fees for setting or changing limits, and we do not apply any pressure to remove them. If you have questions about any of the features, our support team is available 24/7 via live chat or email.

Player protection tools: limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion

Responsible gambling is not an afterthought here — it is built into the way the platform operates. Before you play, it is worth understanding exactly which controls are available, how long they take effect, and which organisations can help if you ever feel that your gambling is becoming a problem. The table below gives you the key numbers at a glance.

Control typeWhat it doesDuration / rangeNotes
Deposit limitSets a maximum you can deposit per day, week or monthCustomisable (no preset minimum or maximum disclosed before launch)Can be changed, but decreases take effect immediately; increases may take 24–72 hours
Loss limitLimits net losses over a chosen periodCustomisableApplied across all games; resets at the end of the period
Session limitForces a logout after a set playing timeCustomisable (e.g. 30 min, 60 min, 120 min)You cannot override it once the session expires
Cooling-off periodTemporary break without closing the account24 hours up to 6 weeksAccount is locked for deposits and play; withdrawals still possible
Self-exclusionFull account closure for a defined period6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanentCannot be reversed during the chosen period; contact support via email to initiate

All limits and exclusions are managed through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed via email to the support address — the operator recommends keeping a copy of your request for your records. After the exclusion period ends, there is a mandatory cool-down before the account can be reactivated.

Where to find help: support organisations

If you feel that your gambling is affecting your wellbeing, your finances or your relationships, you do not have to deal with it alone. The organisations listed below offer free, confidential support — by phone, chat or in person. Some focus on practical advice, others on emotional support or self-help tools.

  • Loket Kansspel — Helpline: 0900-20 23 202 (Netherlands). Offers telephone counselling, online chat and referrals to local addiction care. The primary Dutch support service for problem gambling.
  • Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) — The Dutch gambling regulator. Provides information on player rights, self-exclusion via the national Cruks register, and how to file a complaint about a licensed operator.
  • Jellinek Preventie — Dutch prevention and treatment organisation. Offers anonymous online self-tests, individual counselling and outpatient treatment programmes for gambling addiction.
  • GamCare — UK-based charity supporting anyone affected by gambling. Free telephone helpline (0808 8020 133), live chat, and a moderated online forum. Also offers face-to-face counselling in several UK locations.
  • Gambling Therapy — International online support service. Free multilingual live chat and email counselling. Operated by the Gordon Moody Association, with a focus on practical coping strategies.

The platform also provides direct links to these organisations in its responsible gambling section, along with a self-assessment tool. You can set deposit limits or request self-exclusion at any time — no questions asked, no waiting period for the initial request.
